address any patient concerns. Answering patients' questions is time
well spent to decrease anxiety and address fears of the "unknown".
As healthcare is becoming more impersonal, we emphasize the opposite.
When you leave our office we want you to feel that your concerns have

world of physicians and particularly surgeons is often hectic and frequently
unpredictable. Our office makes every effort not to inconvenience the
patients that we serve. We feel strongly that your time is as important
as ours. Emergencies do occur and sometimes schedules have to be changed,
