These fillers work by restoring facial volume to smooth out lines & folds, especially around the mouth & nose. Saturdays by appointment only. Please call Bette Monday–Friday to book appointments @ 603-431-5242.

Laparoscopic surgery

Drs. Looser and Gens were the first surgeons in the Seacoast to perform and master the laparoscopic cholecystectomy (band-aid surgery to remove the gallbladder, now the standard of care).

Drs. Looser and Gens were also the first to perform stereotactic breast biopsies more than 10 years ago. In fact, they taught many of the other general surgeons in southeastern New Hampshire how to perform the technique so that all patients could benefit from this method.

Dr. Paciulli was the first at PRH to perform less invasive (less painful) hemorrhoid surgery.

Dr. Paciulli is the only female surgeon in the Seacoast performing the VNUS Closure procedure for varicose veins, an alternative to vein stripping which can be performed in the office.

Drs. Paciulli and Buzdon completed extensive Advanced Laparoscopic Fellowship training prior to joining the practice. They are the only fellowship-trained laparoscopists on the Seacoast.

Drs. Gens, Looser, and Paciulli all offer weight loss surgery laparoscopically. This is considered one of the most challenging laparoscopic procedures to perform.

Drs. Looser, Gens, and Paciulli have all trained in the newest Weight Loss Surgery technique:  Sleeve Gastrectomy.

Dr. Paciulli teamed with the Urologists locally to be able to offer patients with kidney tumors a less invasive option for removal.

Atlantic Surgical Associates is now offering SILS (Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery) for appropriate candidates.

Local Lectures

The surgeons frequently participate with the Portsmouth Regional Hospital Women’s Care Lecture Series speaking on a variety of topics.
